Remedial Therapy Yoga
My Remedial therapy yoga (RTY) classes include a variety of poses/asanas, meditation exercises and breathing techniques to help you to reduce stress, and to encourage overall strength and vitality.
This Japanese form of yoga also includes different mindful techniques that attribute to restoring balance to your mind, and spirit. Every RYT class is unique, and the poses used are in conjunction with Traditional Chinese Medicine meridians.
The classes are centred around your various needs. Unlike many other yoga styles, RYT asanas focus on your particular health concerns or simply strengthen you in specific areas you want to focus on. Each pose chosen for you will have a positive impact on improving your health and wellness.
Our Remedial Therapy Yoga one-on-one sessions will focus on your individual and specific needs. Your classes are personalised and no two sessions will be exactly the same. You will be taught a variety of therapeutic poses encouraging you to become mentally and physically stronger.
You will encounter improvements in all areas of your body, mind and spirit. The benefits are felt after the first few sessions.
