Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) – Tapping

EFT is a method that involves tapping on the body’s acupressure points along the meridian lines associated with Traditional Chinese Medicine. It is used to release blocks, and eliminate issues such as trauma, anxiety, weight loss, body pain, and stress.
